Privacy policy
Effective September 15, 2026
Cabinet Refinishing Edmonton handles personal information under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). This policy covers three things: the quote form, phone and text contact, and the Google maps shown on some pages.
Fields on the quote form
The quote form sends only what you enter, plus two details the page adds for you. You fill in:
- Name and phone number (both required).
- Email address (optional).
- The type of cabinet work you want.
- A rough count of cabinet doors.
- Town or neighbourhood.
- Where you found the site.
- Free-text notes about your cabinets.
The page itself attaches the web address you submitted from and the time of submission. That address shows which service or town page prompted the request.
Phone calls, texts, and photos
Calling or texting 587-855-4920 shares your phone number and whatever you say or send, including kitchen photos. Those messages go to the people who prepare cabinet estimates.
The path a form submission takes
- Your browser sends the form over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
- A Netlify function on the website host checks the entry and passes it on.
- GoHighLevel, the customer relationship management (CRM) software behind the site, stores it as a contact record.
- The independent Edmonton cabinet painting and refinishing contractor who does the work reads the record and prepares your estimate.
Netlify and GoHighLevel handle the data to run their services. The contractor uses it to price and complete your job.
Reasons the details are used
- Reaching you by phone, text, or email about the estimate you asked for.
- Working out a price range and then a written estimate.
- Setting up a free consultation at your home, when you want one.
Cookies and embedded Google maps
This site runs no advertising or analytics scripts, and its typefaces are served from the site's own host. Several pages, including the homepage and the service area pages, show an embedded Google map. When a map loads, Google receives your IP address and browser details and may set its own cookies. Google's privacy policy governs that data, not this one.
Asking to see, fix, or remove your details
PIPEDA and PIPA let you ask what personal information is held about you and have errors corrected. You can also ask for your record to be removed, or for contact about your request to stop.
